Marketing-   

• Create flyers and the visuals for organization
• Ensure credit is given to donors, partners, etc.

Accountant-  

• Ensure compliance with IRS, nonprofit policies/procedures, etc.
• Ensure proper documentation (What comes in & out)
• Partner with Treasurer for checks & balances
• Set up “Quick Books”
• Auditing procedures
• Insurance compliance
• Track data points
• Track monthly tithes, then send EOY signed statement 

Fundraiser

• Event coordination
• Track data points
• Survey development
• Close partnership with grant writer

Grant Writer

• Research qualifying grants
• Write the grants
•  Prepares proposals
• Gather/format information
• Writing drafts
•  Obtaining approvals

Spokesperson & Advocate

• Responsible for talking to public/creating partnerships
• Develop memorandum for partnerships, donations, etc.
• Maintain the brand’s position
• Ensure the mission, vision, purpose, etc. is aligned with partnerships 

Social Media/IT

• Maintains all social media and website
• Ensure links are working correctly
• Conference platforms maintained and up to date
• Set up and maintain shared calendar to view events, meetings, etc.
• Calendar reminders

 Board Member Support

• Provide support where needed
• Be able to answer questions from the public
• Monitor social media, the website for questions
• Responsible for looking for potential committee members
• Develop and send out agenda prior to meetings 

Lead volunteer is responsible for gathering other volunteers and directing them at the event. 

Assistant Lead Volunteer- is needed in case Lead Volunteer is unavailable or if Lead Volunteer needs assistance with an event. 

Volunteers- are needed to Volunteer at various events to help fulfill the mission of BiS.
